Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

Woken by CO Alarm & Evacuated at 2AM — Not the Vacation Start We Hoped For

Our first night was a nightmare — the carbon monoxide detector went off around 2am, waking the entire family. With no response from the owner (understandable given the hour), we had no choice but to call Ocean City police. The fire department arrived, inspected the property, and evacuated all guests. It turned out the detector was faulty and had to be disconnected. Not exactly the relaxing start we imagined, and our kids were understandably shaken.The remaining three nights were fine. The location is very convenient — walkable to the beach and shops — though a bit noisy as a result. The unit was well-stocked with clean towels and sheets, which we appreciated.We asked for a refund for that first night, given the emergency and lack of sleep, but the owner declined. Disappointing, considering the seriousness of the situation.

Good location. Problems with kitchen

Pros. Good location. Good communication. Bedrooms as described. Clean. Cons. Refrigerator was broken and could only slightly cool food, so food went bad and beverages were far from cold. Kitchen trash barrel desperately needs replacing. No rods in closets to actually hang cloths. For the price I would expect to not have those problems.

Communication with property management was great. They left us in before check in because we arrived earlier than expected. The apartment was not as new as the pictures made it appear. Nothing fancy but all the same we had a nice vacation.

Great stay! House was perfect and so was location

Our stay at 213B Philadelphia ave was wonderful! The house was perfect for me and my friends. We were able to walk right to the boardwalk and the beach as well as a few bars that were not on the boardwalk! The apartment was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Although when we arrived the toilet was giving us some trouble but i contacted John and he sent someone right over to fix the issue! All in all it was a wonderful trip and we will definitely be using this host again! Thank you!
