The Space:

The Shorehaven OCMD is under new ownership and is pleased to share our updated units with you and your family. We took design inspiration from boho, midcentury, and elevated beach chic styles in order to provide you with a comfortable and stylish experience. Get ready for fun in the sun, beach adventures, and as our name suggests, a peaceful escape from where you can enjoy rest and relaxation. This unit is one of eight vacation rental units in a multi-unit complex. We hope you will choose to stay with us.

*This listing is most suited to family groups, and building association regulations require guests to be over the age of 25 when renting to groups of adults*



Apartment Details:

-Located on 2nd floor, 1 flight of stairs to reach unit.

-Fully furnished, AC, Cable, Wifi included.

-Fully equipped kitchen

-Dining area seats 6-7.

-Private balcony with seating area

-Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed

-Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 twin bed

-One 4-piece bathroom (tub, shower, sink, toilet).

-Living room with TV, massage chair, and futon couch. Couch folds down into bed that can hold 2 guests.

-1 parking space on site

-Beach and boardwalk a 3 minute walk away

-In addition to hosts/co-hosts, will have on-site staff to assist with check-in, check-out, and to help with any concerns or questions during your stay.

-NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.

-Presence of functional security cameras may view the front door or entry areas, outdoor staircases, and outdoor communal areas.



Guest Access:

Entire unit and front porch are private and not shared with other guests. Communal fenced outdoor leisure area and parking lot area are shared with other guests in the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Only a 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, and walking distance to downtown OC, restaurants, and many activities that OC has to offer!



Getting Around:

Public parking is $3/hour, with lots and spaces on every street. Free parking is available in the city as well, with spaces available on the side streets, and availability closer to bayside. The Boardwalk Tram, Coastal Highway Beach Bus, and Park & Ride are public transportation options if you prefer not to drive around the city.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be able to get in touch with you at any point during your stay. You will also be in contact with local staff for check-in, check-out, and any pertinent questions or concerns that would be easier to help with onsite.
