The Sea Watch is one of the largest Condominium Buildings in Ocean City, and its Amenities are simply unrivaled. With 3 Swimming Pools, 3 Tennis Courts, a Basketball Court, a Game Room, a Playground, Fitness Center, AND its own Movie Theatre....that's right, a Movie Theatre - there truly is NO better place to be in OCMD! Sea Watch Guests may enjoy free movies with only one catch - bring your own popcorn! And for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Sea Watch 904 is a lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Oceanfront Home that is a family’s beach getaway dream! It will simply WOW you with the beautiful decor, and soothing colors of the Sand and Sea, not to mention the Views inside are almost as fabulous as the stunning Views of Ocean and Bay outside! Located on the North side of the building, you will take in incredible Sunrises over the Atlantic and awe-inspiring Sunsets over our beautiful Bay. Can you feel your blood pressure dropping and all stress melting away?? Even better this home allows you to skip the weekend traffic by offering 3 night minimum stays!

When you arrive, you'll appreciate being able to park your car in the shade of the Covered Parking Garage. As you arrive at the Condo, you won't believe the awesome Views right from the front door - just wait until you get inside! Upon entering, you'll feel as if you're on the famous OC Boardwalk with the weathered look of the gorgeous Distressed Wood Flooring throughout the Home. You'll pass the Den and Bedroom 2 on your way down the hall to the Living Area.

The thoughtful Owners of this lovely Beach Condo have thought of everything to make your stay one your family won’t forget. You'll love sinking into the comfy Living Room Sofa after a day of soaking up the sun on the Beach. Cool off while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean Views....right from the sofa! We love the crisp, clean Whites and calming Blues the Home is adorned in. A large Private Balcony provides breathtaking Views of both the Beach and the Bay, making it the place to both begin and end your day. Outdoor Dining Furniture will make it an awesome place to dine Al Fresco while watching the Dolphins play!

The Gourmet Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your Family. With gleaming Granite Countertops, and all the conveniences of home, you can whip up family meals and still take in incredible Views. There is plenty of room for all between the Breakfast Bar with seating and the Dining Area, but no doubt you'll be dining Al Fresco as much as you can!

Just off of the Living Area is the spacious Primary Bedroom with a luxurious King Bed. You can sneak out onto the Balcony from here in the early hours to enjoy a private moment with Mother Nature, before anyone else is stirring. Brilliant Blues give the room a soothing Nautical feel, and the Views certainly back that up. The Primary Bath is simply stunning with Custom Walk-in Shower sporting gorgeous Tilework on the walls and floor.

Down the Hall are Bedrooms 2 and the Den. Bedroom 2 has a comfy Queen Bed, Beachy White Furnishings, and a Flat Screen TV. The Den is a fabulous space for your special little ones, sleeping up to 4 with 2 Twin Bunk Beds. A 2ndFull Bath in the Hall offers a Shower/Tub Combo and is conveniently found close to the Living Area and the Bedroom. And just outside the entrance to the Condo is a convenient Laundry and storage room, perfect to pop in a quick load of laundry as well as store your beach gear!

You will also love the location of The Sea Watch Condos with easy access to everything! Don't feel like cooking on Vacation? No worries, simply stroll to one of many nearby Restaurants including The Greene Turtle, Crabcake Factory, Pizza Tugos, and more! And with Gold Coast Mall just across the highway, grabbing your groceries at Food Lion or a fresh cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts is super convenient.

Enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer while staying in a place that brings all the conveniences of home and much more. At Sea Watch 1205, you will feel pampered and pleased, while loving that sea breeze.

The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $65 Cash or Credit PER Vehicle. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage. Up to 2 vehicles with the exception of holiday weekends.
Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

It was suitable for our needs but tends to be really busy at both the beach and pool. The only reason we would not choose to stay at this place in OC again is because our kids are now grown and don’t have the need for all the kid focused activities and events.
