You'll pass Bedrooms 2 and 3 on your way down the entry hall to the Living Area and Kitchen. The Owners of this bright and beautiful home have thought of virtually everything to make your stay one of a kind. You'll love sinking into the comfy Living Room Sofa after a day of soaking up the sun on the Beach. Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi, Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean City Views....right from the sofa! A large Private Balcony gives Views of the Beach and the Bay making it the place to start and end your day. Outdoor seating makes it an awesome place to wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the Dolphins play!

The well-stocked Kitchen will delight the Chef in your Family. Spacious and well-designed, so as not to miss a moment of family fun, you will love preparing Family Meals. The dining table is also a great space to gather for a meal or even an exciting Family game night!! Not one to cook on Vacation? Walk to many restaurants close-by - everything from fine dining to the World Famous Greene Turtle is all just a stroll away!

The Primary Bedroom is located just off the Living Area with a cozy King Bed, amazing Views, Flat Screen TV, and Private Primary Bath. You'll love the cool, calming Blues and Relaxing feel of this room. With its own Private Balcony Access, you can sneak out to catch a glimpse of the moon over the Ocean or start your day taking in the Sunrise before anyone else wakes. The Attached Primary Bath is the perfect space to freshen up after a day of fun in the sun with a Custom Tile Walk-in Shower.

Just down the hall are newly decorated and super comfortable Bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 will comfortably sleep 4, with a cozy Full Bed, and a Twin Bunk, and has another Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds, just perfect for your special little loved ones. A 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is conveniently located central to the Living Area and the Bedrooms. You are sure to love the storage and Laundry Room located just outside of your entry door, it’s the perfect space to store your beach supplies while calling Sea Watch 505 home!

You will appreciate the location of The Sea Watch Condos with easy access to everything! The Gold Coast Mall is just across the highway, and grabbing your groceries at Food Lion or a fresh cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts is super convenient with all just a short stroll away.

The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $65 Cash or Credit PER Vehicle. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage. Up to 2 vehicles with the exception of holiday weekends.
Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.

We were very happy with the condo. We had enough room and condo was supplied with all we needed. We had a great time and enjoyed the condo and Sea Watch immensely. Thank you.

This condo was great! The location and the amenities on property were great! We only had 2 minor issues during our stay. 1. The blender was broken so I was disappointed to have to put all my pina colada fixins in only to find the blender wasn't working. It sounded like it was on, but the blades weren't turning. 2. Getting in the door was tricky. The timing of entering the code and knowing to pull it toward you while it's unlocking and then pushing it open. Also, door was hard to close, had to slam it and lock it to get it to stay closed. Would happily stay here again!!
