The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Situated on a quiet canal in North Ocean City, this is the perfect place to come and relax. The top floor condo has a large deck that provides plenty of room to sit and enjoy the summer breezes. The canal provides plenty of options to watch local wildlife, such as ducks, geese, herrings, squirrels and even foxes. This is also a great spot to bring your paddle board or kayak and enjoy the canal waterways (sorry no boats allowed). Inside there is plenty of room to move around and the full-size kitchen is ready to make all your culinary creations. The full size dining room table and breakfast bar let's everyone enjoy family dinners together. There is a queen size bed and TV in both bedrooms that have cable and streaming options. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A full size-washer and dryer is in the unit for guest use and there is free Wi-Fi.

This unit is set in the quiet neighborhood of Caine Woods where you will find playgrounds and plenty of back streets for bike riding. One of those playground parks is only a few blocks away! This is also the perfect location for events at Northside Park and an easy bike ride for the Sunday fireworks! Your kids will love the proximity to miniature golf, water slides, go carts and laser tag. A short 2.5 blocks away is a boat rental shop for those looking to explore the waterways. There are also numerous amazing restaurants within walking distance, including the famous Harpoon Hanna's (2.5 blocks away) and Catch 54, to name a few! Getting around Ocean City couldn't be easier or more economical with the bus stop being a few blocks away. You're also ideally situated to take advantage of the tax free shopping in Delaware.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs to get to the unit.
* There are 2 parking spots available along with additional street parking.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is off 142nd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's is streaming and cable on the TV's.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
