Escape to our Oceanfront Studio, where the soothing melody of ocean waves meets the relaxing energy of North Ocean City! Perfect for a couple seeking a sun-kissed getaway. You're just steps from the sand, a pool and near a large variety of shopping, restaurants, North side Park and more activities. Dive into beachfront relaxation and adventure!



The Space:

• Outdoor Pool (Open Memorial Day through Labor Day)

• Balcony / Patio with Direct Ocean Views

• Outdoor Furniture sets (Table and Chairs)

• 2 Beach Chairs



Sleeping Arrangements:



Full Murphy Bed

• 2 Guests

Futon / Couch

• 1-2 Guests



Kitchen – Equipped with all of your basics for a meal at home during your stay, including an air fryer. If there is a specific item you want to ask about, please send a message, we would be happy to verify and or get that item for your stay if possible.



Smart TV for streaming services.



Internet / WIFI Access Provided



The following will be provided for each stay:



• Bed linens, pillows, comforters and bathroom towels

• Starter Toilet paper roll will be provided for bathroom

• Hand soap for Bathroom

• Paper towel roll for the kitchen

• Dish washing liquid soap and or dish washer detergent gel pods

• Laundry gel pods (Please note, Laundry is located in a separate area, not in unit and is coin operated)

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home. This includes 1 free parking spot onsite in the lot.



The Neighborhood:

Premier Oceanfront building located in the heart of Northern Ocean City. Building is well maintained and close to many local shops, restaurants and convenience stores.



Getting Around:

You will be within steps of the beach. Building is located with easy access to coastal highway for adventuring out, but walking is certainly feasible for many things.



Interaction with Guests:

I or a member of my team will be available via the messaging app, text or cell phone. In the event that you need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. If it is an emergency, certainly call. If an in person interaction is required, we will facilitate to meet your need or request. A phone call is preferred between 9PM-6AM EST for matters that need immediate attention.
