The beach is always within reach, so be sure to bring your gear for sandy excursions and easygoing days on the coast. For fun on land, go for scenic strolls through nearby parks, then whet your appetite at one of the many nearby restaurants. Create a family field trip by visiting the Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, then unwind at Viking Golf & Go-Karts before heading back to your vacation home.

Upon returning, you'll be greeted by a spacious interior and a beach theme fitting the locale. Lounge blissfully on the furniture in the living area watching your favorite shows on the TV or stroll out to the furnished balcony and gaze at the glistening water in the distance. When your guests are hungry, have the group chef prepare something in the well-equipped kitchen, then sit together at the dining table to enjoy the meal while conversing about the day's exciting outing. Later, go for a refreshing dip in the pool or a soothing soak in the hot tub. For those who don't want to miss a workout, the fitness room has you covered, while the sauna is there to relax your muscles afterward. As the evening comes to a close, take refuge in the primary bedroom. Featuring its own entrance to the balcony, it's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee before embarking on another adventure.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
