Great, prime vacation location! With views on the balcony of the ocean and bay, you can relax in the bar height adirnodack chairs and enjoy the sunrise and sunset! This condo is located on the 4th floor, and the building has an elevator. You'll also enjoy having high speed internet/Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer in the unit. There are two Smart TVs, one in the living room and another in the bedroom, so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. This condo also comes with two unassigned parking spaces. This perfectly located condo is just north of the boardwalk and close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Seacrets and other restaurants and bars and mini golf! Also close to Coconuts, Barn 34, Shotti's Point and Sandbar Karaoke Bar.

*Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Linens for this unit will cost $92.75. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
