The heart of the home, the kitchen, shines with a stunning quartz waterfall countertop, stainless steel appliances, and a chic beverage fridge, now complemented by a fully equipped kitchen setup ensuring you have everything you need for culinary adventures.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious dining room, seamlessly flows into the cozy living area. This space, featuring a comfortable sleep sofa, is ideal for hosting extra guests. For a tranquil escape, retreat to the primary suite with a King bed and private bath. The second bedroom, versatile and welcoming, offers both a queen and a full bed, providing ample space for relaxation.

Your experience is further enriched by the sweeping ocean views from the balcony, a perfect setting for morning coffees or evening reflections. Entertainment is just a click away with streaming televisions in each bedroom, along with the convenience of WiFi.

Emphasizing convenience and ease, this retreat is adorned with all new furniture and now boasts bed linens for all guests, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Additionally, a keypad lock has been installed, providing secure and effortless access at any time.

With two assigned parking spots and two elevators, your comfort and accessibility remain paramount in this pet-free environment. Located directly across from the convention center and close to local eateries like Coconuts, Shotti’s, Barn 34, and the iconic boardwalk, every day invites a new adventure. * *We provide sheets and comforters as well as pillows and pillowcases for 2 pillows** We do have extra pillows for your use but you will need to provide your own personal extra pillowcases. We supply two per bed. We do not supply towels. Please bring your own towels. There are a few extra towels in the primary bedroom closet that you are welcome to use but please wash them as well as the dish towels prior to your departure. Please strip the beds upon departure and leave the sheets and pillowcases in the floor. We also utilize a keyless entry to make your stay that much more convenient! Who wants to worry about losing a key on vacation??? :) Thank you so much for staying at our lovely home! Property is conveniently located in the heart of OC. The beach access is literally steps away from the building, staffed with lifeguards as well as available umbrella and chair rental. The unit is updated and very clean. Plenty of comfortable seating in the main living area and the kitchen was well equipped. Property owner was super helpful and responsive to the handful of questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Hi Nicole, we loved our trip, and thank you for the beautiful place. I have only a couple of recommendations: Coming from out of state, the lack of hand towels or big towels was hard. We had to go buy some. Also, there were no sheets for the pull-out bed. Other than that, it was awesome.

Condo was newly updated and there was plenty of storage for us to unpack and feel like we were homeâ˜ș. The perfect size for our family of four. Nicole was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The only downfall to our stay was that the dryer broke and we were without it during our entire stay which is an essential piece of staying at the beach with children🙃. Again Nicole communicated everything and tried to get the problem fixed but was unable to during our visit. Overall we had a blast and would definitely stay here again!😁

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The 2-full bathrooms and washer/dryer made our vacation very convenient. The view from the balcony was amazing! The Bay to the left for the sunset & the awesome beach to the right for sunrise! Great spot, close to the boardwalk but quiet & peaceful.

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo while we visited Ocean City for a dance competition for our daughter. The condo was the perfect location for us because we had direct access to the beach and we were also able to walk to the convention center across the street. We had a few questions after we checked in and the host was very responsive and friendly! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was nicely updated. We loved the view from the balcony!

We had a very nice stay at this condo during the 4th of July. The condo was very clean with a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need, and had extremely comfortable beds. The location was very convenient to the beach and to all the local activities and restaurants. Finally, the owner, Nicole, was extremely responsive to requests. Thank you for a great stay.

The location was great because it was across from the convention center. The condo slept 8 and we brought 7. We liked how the master bedroom had it's own bathroom. It's a true vacation not sharing a bathroom with the kids/teens. There was a plumbing issue on our last night but the owner immediately came over and took care of it (they gave us a $100 door dash gift card because we lost use of the master bedroom shower for 1 night). I liked all the counter space because I cook. The place was really clean too. It had a nice view of the beach if you stay in the summer. It was great that the elevator and stairs were close to the condo. We also had 2 parking spots and 1 of them was pretty close (hubby has a bad back). There were 3 TVs which the kids loved. The couch was comfy. And unlike other condos there was hand soap in the bathrooms, dish detergent, etc. I always bring all my own stuff but I thought it was nice. The toilet paper was even good lol. There was also tons of drawer space for everyone. The owner was very nice and she responded quickly. The directions to get in were simple. I've stayed at places where you have to go to an agent and pick up directions before going to the condo and that was annoying.
