The entertaining space is limitless– a family room that boasts ample seating for the family to cuddle up in, the beautifully updated kitchen with an extended dining table, new appliances and fully equipped with everything you would need and more during your stay. The primary bedroom offers a King bed, a large walk-in closet with custom shelving, an ensuite with dual sinks, a separate shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk with space for many (a twin on top; full on bottom; and pull-out twin trundle bed). You’ll find another full bathroom to complete this level. The top floor offers a spacious bedroom with two Full beds, a full bathroom, and additional sitting area to relax or use as you please. 

The owners wanted to offer a home where vacationing with your family was about making memories together while enjoying where you stay. Understanding how traveling with kids can be, this home offers a crib with a mattress (bring your own Pack and Play if preferred), black-out curtains (in primary room), a fast table chair, baby gates, a sound machine, kid-friendly utensils/dinnerware, a beach wagon, boogie-boards, beach chairs, and even a few toys/games for your family to enjoy. Free high speed WI-FI and 7 smart TV’s ready to stream whatever you're in the mood for!  Additional amenities include a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower to make rinsing off sandy toes easy. Get ready to enjoy every minute with your family in this bright, cozy, renovated home this summer!

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  $200 per reservation and included when booking. This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes (Large vehicles that do not fit in the designated parking will have to purchase a pass for street parking in Sunset Island. Also, there is free street parking before you enter Sunset Island. Additional facility or parking passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly at the clubhouse once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass. No pass is needed for the bayside beaches.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
