Your "Bayside Bliss" awaits you! This well maintained 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath Waterfront townhouse is walking distance to the beach, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
Perfect for families or anyone who wants fun during the day AND peace and quiet at night.
Everything is within walking distance: Jolly Roger Water park, the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, mini-golf courses, and much more! Roads are also bike friendly!
You get both bayside access and nearby beaches all in one place! So bring your paddle boards and canoes for easy access to a private canal slip. The canal leads to the beautiful bay. Very few rental units in Ocean City offer both a canal and walking distance to the beach! Boat slip is for jet ski only, not boat.
The townhouse itself has been newly renovated. First floor features updated kitchen w/granite counters, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. All 3 baths have been updated. Huge master bedroom with waterfront balcony, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have private balconies.

Master Bedroom is on the 3rd level and features a King Bed & private bath.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the 2nd level. Both features a Queen Bed and share the hallway bath.
The Living Room has a Queen Sleep Sofa.
There is a washer & Dryer for your convenience with WiFi, & 2 parking spots. Note this property rents Saturday to Saturday from June 20th to August 15th; any three nights during the rest of the year.
Guests supply all sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy condo.
Non-smoking, non vaping. No pets. Owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25.

We stayed here for the Oceans Calling festival and it was a convenient location and perfect amount of space for our group of 5. Would highly recommend for future boardwalk festival attendees.

had some issues with the locking of the front door and key we were given did not match either of the door locks.the only negative thing is that the floors were really not cleaned very well, there was sand and other stuff all over the floors, and my 2 year old grandson who was running around in bare feet, the bottoms of his feet were black

We loved the house & location. Plenty of room for 8 people. Loved sitting on the downstairs back deck with our morning coffee each morning before heading to the beach. Would stay here again!

Veey nice place. Sleeping arrangments great for 8. However dont plan to cook your meals, eat there, or socialize a group. The kitchen nor living room is not big enough for 8 people.

Watertoy heaven

Overall impression was good. Quiet neighborhood off of Bayshore Drive in OCMD. Watertoys should be defined as Jet Skis only. The slip if taken up totally with two jet ski lifts and we brought our 24' boat! Fortunately, there was an open slip next to the one that belongs to the unit and we were allowed to use it. The unit was full of sand on all three floors. Other than that the unit is totally renovated and well decorated. We would stay there again if it had a boat slip.

Quaint townhouse

The townhouse has a beautiful view of the inlet, with those lucky enough to own boats docked. Walkable to beach, nearest bar is a couple of blocks away.

Amazing house perfect location!

I surprised my husband with a Birthday/Labor day weekend getaway for us and the kids and we were beyond impressed with house! Everything was perfect! The View the design just everything! My 15 year old daughter especially loved that she had her own balcony in her room! We will definitely return and make this our yearly summer getaway!!

Beautiful place, not walking distance to beach

The condo is beautifully updated, with very comfortable bedrooms and living space in a quiet neighborhood. It is important to know that this is not really walking distance to the beach, especially when carrying a ton of stuff and with kids. We measured .8 mile to the beach so we had to drive and deal with parking. Just wish we would have known that since it's advertised as walking distance to the beach. The floors were quite dirty when we arrived and an AC unit was leaking a lot in the master bedroom, but a repairman came immediately after we called so we were happy about that. Overall we were very happy with our stay and the price was very reasonable.
