****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This amazing top floor unit brings a unique “penthouse” experience to OC! You'll know you are in for an amazing stay as soon you walk off the elevator and onto the HUGE 4th floor terrace. You will be hard pressed to find another one this nice in Ocean City and certainly not one that offers views of both the ocean and the bay. Imagine yourself enjoying the morning sun rising over the horizon with a cup of coffee and in the evening relaxing with a cocktail as it fades into the western skyline. It doesn’t get much better. In addition, it’s also the perfect place for sunbathing or enjoying alfresco dining with the family!

The owner used neutral tans with white accents, cool greens, soft blues along with an amazing shiplap accent wall in the living room. You will love the new "wood-styled" laminate flooring throughout. In addition to the shiplap accent wall, the living room features a beautiful electric fireplace and large flat screen TV above it. The owner is in the process of adding brickwork and a mantle for the fireplace. Shiplap has been added to the island area of the kitchen along with a new dining are table and chairs. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed along with a bunk bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms have updated vanities along with shower/bath combos. There is a full-size washer and dryer along with WIFI for those of you that must "stay connected".

In addition to all the great updates listed above, this unit is only a block away from the beach, strategically located on 89th street. It is the ideal location to experience all that Ocean City has to offer whether you head north or south. If you don't want to go too far, you will be close to fabulous dining options such as Liquid Assets, Lombardi’s Pizza, Bull on the Beach, Blue Fish, Touch of Italy and Longboard Cafe to name a few. The kids will love being close to miniature golf, paddle board/jet ski rentals, Movies, Gold Coast Mall and even Northside Park! It's also a great spot for watching the cars and motorcycles during Cruising OC and Bike Week or events at the Convention Center!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and property.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* Two parking spots are provided. There is also on street parking available.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. There is keyed elevator access, but initial entry requires steps to retrieve key from unit.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 89th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We really enjoyed the property! Steps from the beach with a balcony that offered an amazing view! The ease of booking, along with the check in process, made our last minute getaway so simple. We would definitely consider staying there again.

If you want to sit on a large Terrace and eat crabs while watching fireworks or a beautiful sunset, this place is for you! Also, a Beach View! Our group had such a pleasant stay at this home. Everything was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked to meet all our needs. Overall 10-10. Can't wait to stay again.

Such a beautiful condo. So clean, spacious, and we had our own private deck overlooking the ocean. I couldn't wait to watch the sunrise from the amazing view. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. I can't wait to return! Thanks for an amazing vacation :)

If you are trying to decide where to say, I suggest you choose this property! The rooftop patio made you feel like you were on the beach without going anywhere. You have an ocean and a bay view. You can sit at the counter at the kitchen window in the morning drinking your coffee and looking at the water. The property was quiet. We didn't want to leave. It had everything we needed for a family of 5 (kids range from 12-19.) Thank you!

Everything about this property was amazing! Super comfortable. Roomy as advertised. And the view from the rooftop terrace was amazing! To say we were extremely pleased is an understatement. We will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very well appointed and stocked with everything you would need. It was very clean and the rooftop private deck was awesome~ despite the chilly weather we still enjoyed it. The elevator access was perfect for my husband who has mobility issues.
