15th Street Beach Retreat
DIRECT BAYSIDE WATERFRONT 5 BDRM 4 BATH (sleeps 18) entire home in a desirable Downtown Ocean City, Maryland location with breathtakingly beautiful water and canal views. First floor features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a full eat-in kitchen with a custom boardwalk board table overlooking the water. The first floor also has a beautiful southern facing sunroom perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and the sunrise.

The second floor is its own separate space that you access from a staircase on the outside of the home. The second floor features 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The second floor has a southern facing balcony perfect for enjoying your favorite cocktail or a local favorite Orange Crush . There is also a large sunroom overlooking the water equipped with a shuffleboard table for the whole family to enjoy. We have added connect 4 wall games and a ring and hook game on each floor! We also have corn hole boards and a PUTTING GREEN for the kids and golfers to enjoy!

Just a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk while walkable to several attractions, shops, and dining options like Fishtales, Reel Inn, Franco's Pizza, Layton's, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, the World Famous White Marlin Open and more! Public transportation (Ocean City Beach Bus) is also available. This downtown location is a quiet and family friendly, yet so close to the beach and boardwalk!

The back yard features a large deck that is perfect for spending family time entertaining, fishing, crabbing, and watching the sunsets. There are 2 private boat slips so bring your boat and water toys! The nearest boat ramp is at Bahia Marina - on 21st Street and only a very short trip by boat to the home. The yard is also fenced in. You can park 3 cars in the driveway next to the home (+ overflow free street parking). Sheets, bath towels and hand towels are included in the cleaning fee price. All linens will be delivered prior to check-in.

The 15th Street Beach Retreat is also located less than a 20 minute drive to the Assateague Island National Seashore where you and your family can spend the day hiking and exploring 37 miles of sandy beaches and hopefully spotting some world famous wild horses. If the night life is your thing, just hop on the Ocean City Beach Bus to go to Secrets Jamaica USA, Fagers, Macky's, and Fishtales or barhop on the 3 mile long world famous boardwalk. The boardwalk has plenty of rides and attractions for the kids during the day like Trimpers and Jolly Rogers Amusement Park. Beautiful house!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. It was in close proximity to walk everywhere and there are tons of restaurants/bars close by. The owner was very quick to respond to me with a few questions I had. I definitely would like to come back and stay here!

Amazing Family Vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation here! We can't thank Brittani enough for the hospitality the home provided. The home was beautiful, clean, in a great location, and provided us everything we needed. The parking situation was fantastic, and the two seperate apartments I'm sure come in handy for privacy. Brittani was responsive, and made us feel so welcome.

Great location plenty of space

Our group decided to try a house rental thin year 8,60+ golfers. This house was perfect for us nice big table in the kitchen where all could hang out and eat meals. Very Rustic furnishings but good enough and there were plenty of bathrooms. Fantastic location and the owners were very nice. Good chance we will be back

Cute Duplex

This property was in a great bayside location, close to the boards. It fit our group well, but would’ve liked to have known that it was a duplex (not connected to each other) before we booked. The downstairs unit is more updated and has a huge kitchen with a gorgeous table to accommodate a huge group. Upstairs is a bit outdated, but we didn’t really mind too much. Parking was ample, but we were there off-season.

Property was great for a large group like we had. Owners provided a lot more than I expected to get at any other property I have rented. All rooms had smart TVs which is great you can sign into to your apps. Sheets and towels were there. The back deck to hang out was perfect. It’s nice, very quiet but not far from the action. The neighbors were also friendly. Will def consider again.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate with our stay as we were supposed to be golfing all three days we still made the best of it and had a great time. The place was absolutely perfect for our needs and all 13 of us enjoyed our stay.

The perfect big family trip

We gathered siblings and cousins (13 in all) to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. She is still teaching about it. The main was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach, nearby tons of activities and restaurants, and a beautiful backyard with a private dock in the cabal that leads to the bay. Gave me reminiscent vibes of staying in Amsterdam and Saint Petersburg. The few minor hiccups that occurred were dealt with promptly by the hosts and it did not make us miss a beat at all. They were very attentive and helped to resolve our issues immediately. Nothing major, we just needed more towels and garbage bags, but they were very accommodating and made sure we quickly had everything we needed. The home was great. Having two separated units really worked out for us and our big group. A charming house and we would love to come back!

Very Nice

Family and guest had a nice stay. Plenty of room for all, the young adults had the upper level with separate kitchen for themselves while the older members and children had the bottom level. Short stroll to beach/boardwalk, convenient yet quite location. Even without a boat it was nice to have the slip in the back. Overall a nice property, would stay agian.

Great Family Vacation House

This was a great vacation house. It had plenty of beds and 4 baths, which is nice when you have a large group trying to get ready. Perfect location, only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.
