The Space:
405 OC Suites is located at a fantastic downtown and beachfront spot on 4th St. and the Boards, walking distance to the best Ocean City has to offer! You will be staying in a piece of OC history, as this unit is part of a renovated building from the early 1900’s. This suite is one of many suites in a family-oriented, multi-unit building that emphasizes a quiet and relaxing vacation experience. If you’re looking for a convenient home-base to explore the beach and boardwalk, a comfortable night’s sleep, and a clean sleek space, this could be the right place for you!

*This listing is most suited to family groups, and building association regulations require guests to be over the age of 25 when renting to groups of adults*

Space details:
-Unit located on the third floor; must climb 2 flights of stairs.
-Fully furnished, AC window units, Cable, Wifi included.
-Kitchenette: 1 induction burner, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes/pots and pans/utensils provided. Best suited for preparing small meals and warming up leftovers.
-Small dining area seats 4.
-Three bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen size bed (sleeps 2 each), bedroom 3 has two twin size beds (sleeps 1 each). TV's in 2 queen bedrooms with Netflix access.
-One 3-piece bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
-Living space: TV, sofa, and coffee table.
-NOTE: While beachfront, this unit does not have direct beach views.
-Direct access to the boardwalk on 4th St. from front entrance.
-Beach entrance right across from building entrance.
-Many dining options within a 1 block radius for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
-In addition to hosts/co-hosts, will have on-site staff to assist with check-in, check-out, and to help with any concerns or questions during your stay.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED.
-NO PARKING included or available at building. Free and paid public parking just steps away.
-Presence of functional security cameras viewing the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways, front main entrance, and back landing.

Guest Access:
All guests in the building share a small rinsing station at the main entrance to wash off sand after the beach, and a bike rack at the back of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Buzzing downtown Ocean City is right outside your door! You are right in the middle of it all in this apartment. Walk to Trimper's, Jolly Roger's, the pier, the inlet, and enjoy all of the fabulous stores and eateries that line the boardwalk.

The "Tidelands Caribbean" pool bar is right behind the building, which allows non-guests use of the pool area with purchase of food/drink!

Right below the apartment is a Dunkin' Donuts, convenient for coffee and breakfast. Some restaurants close-by include 4th St. Taphouse Bar and Grille, Hooter's, and Shenanigan's Bar and Grille.

Best of all, there is an entrance to the beach right across from the apartment for easy access to days of fun in the sun.

Getting Around:
NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE BUILDING. Public parking is $3/hour, with lots and spaces on every street. Free parking is available in the city as well, with spaces available on the side streets, and availability closer to bayside.

The Boardwalk Tram, Coastal Highway Beach Bus, and Park & Ride are public transportation options if you prefer not to drive around the city.

We will be able to get in touch with you at any point during your stay. You will also be in contact with local staff for check-in, check-out, and any pertinent questions or concerns that would be easier to help with onsite.

Great location on the boardwalk. Rooms were clean and staff was easy to contact and quick to respond. No elevator so not for someone who can’t do 2 or 3 flights of steps. Plenty of space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

Location was extremely nice but the steps were a killer from the back entrance unloading and packing up. I know the listing says steps only but I wasn’t expecting them to be so steep and narrow. Steps to the entrance of the beach were fine. Though communication is good, we had to wait for someone to come show us the place, longer than I thought it would be and I felt pressured by multiple people the morning of departure as to when we’re leaving. From the ones that checked us in to even the cleaning staff that saw us in the halls. We had until 11 and were starting to pack up around 9:00 but didn’t want to feel rushed and that’s what I felt. Dealing with the steps were stressful enough. Our door also stuck after being locked where you had to apply pressure. I had to contact the number provided to have him help but by that time we finally got it after several tries. He was aware of the door and said he’d look at it but not sure he did, it happened a few times. It mad me worry if my door was secure or even shut.

Our experience was good. The place was exactly as described. Our contact person was very attentive and kind. This is a no frills, lay your head down place but clean and everything we needed for a long weekend.

Property is clean, quiet and right on the boardwalk! The on-site staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The property owners are prompt and through with their communication. My family and I visited for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. Plenty of things to see and do. We can't wait to go back!

The location is great and property seems to be recently refreshed. The living space was limited but my family of 6 (including my 3 older grown kids 15-19) found it to be manageable. Not sure I’d stay here during the summer with only one tiny bathroom and tiny kitchen but it was perfect for our spring weekend trip as we didn’t need to wash off from beach play and didn’t need to cook anything. Property was as described/expected and the check in process was quick and easy and the owner was super responsive and helpful! Thanks for a great stay!
