OCEAN FRONT, 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Beach House, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the deck in front of your unit of the beach house.
This unit is on the lower level of the house, below the boardwalk, has 4 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and Ocean Front deck. It has 2 televisions, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 full beds in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a king bed in the 3rd & two twins in the 4th bedroom. There is also a blow up mattress in the living room.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes/utensils. There is air conditioning throughout unit.
Since the unit is ocean front, you are steps away from the beach. We have 4 beach chairs for your use to bring down to the beach.
The house is located right on the boardwalk. You can enjoy a stroll to all the restaurants, shops, rides and entertainment and head back to your beach house.
This beach house is custom decorated with a beach décor. There is a deck in front of the house on the boardwalk that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the deck having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
Your rental stay comes with 2 designated parking space.
Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Where to start? We booked it for the next year while we were there! It was spotless when we arrived. Bedrooms were very spacious. Our outdoor deck area was right in the boardwalk, directly across from the ocean and beach, two doors down from a store, food items all over…it was perfect!!!

An “Okay” Stay at Beach Cove

We stayed (6 adults, 2 children) for one week in June 2025. The location of this rental is ideal - directly on the boardwalk and across from the ocean. The property manager was very approachable and fixed issues as quickly as he was able. Aside from these pros, this rental feels like an afterthought. For how much we were charged to stay here for one week, the owners really could invest some money to make Beach Cove nicer. First, the listing states there are queen beds. This is false. There are full beds, not queens. We reached out to the owner to ask about this, to which they said they need to update the listing. I checked the listing before writing this review and it’s still not updated to state there are only full beds, not queens.10 people cannot comfortably stay here because two average-sized adults cannot share a full bed. Other issues with this unit included a broken A/C window unit upon arrival (which the property manager quickly replaced), the front bedroom with the two full beds smelling like mold, the stand-up shower sprays water onto the wall/ceiling (which started to crack and fall off), a leak on the living room ceiling from the unit above, and one of the bathrooms does not have a sink, which is not mentioned in the listing. You can’t use the toilet without hitting your knees on the tub. We had 8 people and felt very on top of each other in this small space. We enjoyed our time in OC but will probably look elsewhere to stay next time.

Great stay!

Stayed at Lynda’s for the Oceans Calling Music Festival. Worked out great as we were within walking distance. Unit was clean and well kept. Everything was just as described. Communication with Lynda and her son Sean, property manager were fantastic. Highly recommend.

The location was absolutely perfect perfectly located on the boardwalk not too far from all of the attractions but closer enough the house was big enough for my family of four and our grandparents. The host were amazing and were very welcoming. I would come back here 1000 times and I would recommend this house to anyone.

Very nice location for families!

We enjoyed our stay at this location! There were some minor issues (for example, some mold in the shower curtain), but nothing major. Kitchen was nicely supplied and the location on the boardwalk was absolutely fantastic. Note that the parking is very tight. The guests in the apartment next to us parked very close to their line and a building is on the other side of the assigned row, so we had to climb over seats a few times because only one side was accessible at any time. We were happy to have free parking in the location, but it’s something to be aware of if you have guests with mobility issues.

Great house with small issues

One of the bedrooms was wrongly advertised as two beds. Only had 1. AC’s need cleaned out and new filters. Lots of dust blowing and people got sick and had coughs. Would recommended cleaning the AC’s real good with people having allergies and stuff. No central AC. Window units as a basement. Stove sets off smoke detectors every time. Loved the location and two hang out areas. Close to everything. All minor cons except the AC filters and needing cleaned. Would def stay here again. Sean was awesome and got us what we needed.

Convenient & Cozy

We stayed at the Cove with a group of friends to attend the Ocean's Calling Music Festival. The place was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and convenient to all of the attractions along the boardwalk. The deck on the boardwalk makes for great ocean views and people watching.

Wonderful location!

Had a wonderful week. Close to everything. Ceilings are low which really isn’t an issue but a couple of the door frames are very low(under 6 ft). Not good if you’re tall. Also had an issue using hairdryer in one bedroom. Tripped the breaker a few times but the property manager was very responsive. Overall it was a fantastic week.
