The 2nd Bedroom offers a queen bed & ceiling fan. The 3 bedroom has a queen bed & ceiling fan. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. There is a washer & dryer, streaming tv ( HBO Max, Netflix, Youtube) & complimentary wifi for your added convenience. Boat slip will accommodate a 22 foot boat. Hose available for boat cleaning. 1 assigned parking spot & one shared parking spot on a first come, first serve basis. Property rents any 7 nights in season and any 3 nights off season.

Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets, including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. ----Non-smoking.
