Harbour Island 301L - A little slice of Heaven right on the Open Bay in Ocean City, MD! This Classic Condo with New Flooring and spectacular Views sits directly on the Bay and 14th Street in the Home of the White Marlin Open. This home comfortably sleeps a family of 8 with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths.. *This home is Only available Saturday to Saturday in season*

As you enter Harbour Island 301L, you will instantly fall in love with the Open Floor Plan, and then immediately be swept away by the Spectacular open Bay Views - WOW! You’ll wander through the entryway and enter the wide Open Living Area. Adorned in a lovely Sky Blue, with cozy Furnishings, the Living Room and Dining Area are the perfect places for the family to gather and relax after a day of fun in the Sun. Enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi, and maybe even family movie or game night! The Kitchen offers plenty of counter space, and all the comforts of home right at your fingertips. So, whether it’s a quick bite before hitting the Beach or preparing a nice family meal in, preparing meals in this Kitchen - with this View - is anything but a chore! There is also plenty of seating to dine in the AC.

Just off the Living Room is the Primary Suite - with a Plush Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Balcony access, this is nothing short of a Luxury Retreat! The Master Bath offers a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2 is another quiet escape with 2 Full Beds, as well as a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3 offers another Full Bed and a Private Balcony overlooking the Open Bay. This is the perfect place to wind down another fabulous vacation day with a glass of wine and an Amazing Sunset.

Back out in the common area there is a Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer for your convenience as well as the Shared Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. Harbour Island 301L allows 2 Parking Permits for the parking lot found directly in front of the Building.

Location!

Quiet, with comfy beds and a nice hot shower! While we had some hiccups during our stay, the rental company was very responsive in getting things taken care of quickly. Very good customer service! The view from the porch was amazing. Had a great vacation!

Harbour Island is the best place to stay in OCMD. This was our 4th time staying there (in 4 different units). This is a 3 bedroom, corner unit with an excellent bayside view, so you have the advantage of extra windows and another balcony on 1 of the other 2 spare bedrooms. We did have some issues after checking in with 2 items not working, but after texting Seaside Vacations, they sent someone the very next morning and had them fixed. This unit is the most outdated one of the 4 total that we stayed at, but it is still very nice and kept up after. We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good stay

The condo was pretty good. It wasn't dirty by any means, but we found trash under the couch and it could use some updating throughout. The mattresses aren't the most comfortable, but you get used to them by the 3rd night. Great location and excellent communication from the rental office.

Awesome

We had an amazing time. The condo was spotless. Beds were comfortable. View was incredible. This condo is an end unit which allowed us to see the beautiful bay in every direction. We are planning to book again next year. We loved it!!!!
