Located on the 22nd floor Golden Sands Penthouse 2214 has unrivaled Views of both the Ocean and the Bay and will comfortably accommodate your family of 8. After a day of fun in the sun, the family can comfortably gather in the Living Room to enjoy the Flat Screen TV with Directv and Free WiFi. Take in incredible Ocean Views without even leaving the sofa! You'll love beginning and ending every precious day of Vacation on the furnished Oceanfront Balcony taking in that salty, sweet sea breeze. Tastefully and comfortably decorated, Golden Sands 2214 will welcome your family and instantly feel like home.

The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, and its Amenities are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Comfortably sleeping a family of 8, you will love this beautiful, open floor plan with breathtaking Ocean Views. As you enter, you will find Bedroom 2, a Junior Suite, conveniently tucked away from the Living Area with a cozy Queen Bed, Attached Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo, and access to the Bayside Balcony. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy an Ocean City Sunset after a day of fun in the sun! And just wait til you see the breathtaking Bay Views right from the Bedroom window! At the end of the Hall, you will be in awe of the sweeping Ocean Views from the open Living Space with Kitchen and Dining Area. As you enter the Living Area, you will feel this stunning home open to gorgeous Ocean Views with floor to ceiling windows and access to the Private Oceanfront Balcony. The Kitchen is sure to be a delight for any meals in - beautifully renovated and well-stocked with all you need to make any mealtime a breeze. There is plenty of seating at the Dining Table for a family meal or a night or family fun with games. Can't do without those rejuvenating sea breezes? Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $60 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Property was nice, could use a Keurig coffee maker (they did have a coffee machine in the unit) and a new broom. Major downside was the building trash chute was just outside the unit entry and smelled horribly. The building needs to fix that (find some way to vent to odor out of the room). Otherwise, the room layouts, bedrooms and bathrooms, facility (swimming pools, Tiki hut bar/food) worked well and we would definitely consider coming back to this complex.
