This fantastic 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo comfortably sleeps a couple or small family of 4, and is located in one of Ocean City's most sought-after buildings. The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, with amenities that are nothing short of amazing! Featuring an Indoor Pool and Fitness Center on the 22nd floor, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children's Pool, and Tiki Bar and Grill, often offering live entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family. Golden Sands is also home to one of Ocean City's only private beach areas, open strictly for the enjoyment of Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided with your registration. An additional parking permit may be purchased for an additional fee, subject to availability. For your peace of mind, maintenance personnel and security are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned parking space (assigned June-August). Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.

Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.

Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
