The Great Room has plenty of seating to include a large sofa with a queen size sleeper, an oversized chair with a twin sleeper, and a large bench. Adjacent to the Great Room is a bar with a beverage fridge that can hold up to 12 bottles. This property has a private 8' x 21' covered outdoor living space with a four bench dining table, two chairs with a small table, and a shed with pool and beach equipment: noodles, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas with sand anchors, a beach wagon, and four beach chairs - all within 75 feet of the condo association's outdoor pool.

Indoor Fun: Checkers, chess, cards, and board games are available for guests to use.
