The condo is located on the ground floor of Jocelyn Manor, a sunny bayside complex with an outdoor swimming pool for your enjoyment. It's the perfect spot whether you're planning to spend your days beachcombing, fishing from the 9th Street Pier, or enjoying the thrills of Jolly Roger Amusement Park.

Everything about this condo is easy and unfussy, from the garden-level location to the open, air-conditioned layout. Coming home from a day at the beach, you'll be greeted by cool tile floors, a stacked washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels, and a kitchen where you can grab a snack and a cold drink.

Gather round the glass table for a homemade dinner, then linger in the living room for Netflix favorites on the Roku TV. Additional features of the condo include Roku TVs in two of the three bedrooms (including the primary suite) and high-speed WiFi throughout.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
