Linens and towels can simply be brought by guests or can be rented from us at an additional fee ($30 a set) - just let us know in advance. The beds are full size & fit queen size bedding. The sofa is queen size. Please, consider that when booking.
We do not rent to high school seniors. Please confirm that you are at least 21 years old. This condo association does not allow smoking, vaping, or marijuana in units or on balconies. They smell will get to the neighbors and when they complain, you would be asked to leave without a refund.

Guests simply need to bring their own linens and towels. Or arrange with us in advance to rent clean linens and towels for an additional fee.
