Welcome to Sea Watch Unit 1815! A beautiful, sunny, oceanfront condo with large outdoor balcony - amazing, south-facing, panoramic view of both the ocean and bay!!!" The condo accommodates your family of eight and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary bedroom features a king, the second bedroom features a queen, the den features a twin day bed w/twin trundle and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, if needed. A private washer and dryer are located just outside the condo with access from a separate door from the walkway. The building features a number of shared amenities including basketball courts, beach, cable, common grounds, convenience store, elevator, exercise room, building security, indoor and outdoor pools, arcade, tennis courts, playground and volleyball. The Sea Watch building registration fee is approximately $65 cash or credit card from May 1 to November 1 and includes one parking spot. An additional parking spot may be purchased if available. "$65 (approximate) cash or credit card non-refundable registration fee due upon arrival to Sea Watch from May 1- November 1. Form to be completed by guest. Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping condo. Smoking is not permitted on balconies or in common areas, only in the parking lot.
No pets, please. No group rentals to guests under the age of 25 are permitted. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
