Coastal simplicity just steps from the beach. Located in midtown, this 2nd floor unit is ideal for families and groups seeking a convenient coastal stay. Each unit includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests, and features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher, plus private parking.

The Space:
Welcome to Seaport – Your Cozy Midtown Beach Escape

Just steps from the ocean, Seaport offers a relaxed, family-friendly setting in the heart of midtown. This charming beach building features six individual units, each thoughtfully decorated in light, neutral coastal tones to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your getaway.

Each unit includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a private en suite with a stand-up shower, while the second full bath, with a tub/shower combo, is conveniently located off the main hallway near the additional bedrooms. Queen beds were newly replaced in October 2024 to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with standard appliances, brand-new gas stoves, and all the cooking essentials—pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, a microwave, toaster, and drip coffee maker. While the space is cozy, you'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, dining table, or outside on the front porch with a large picnic table.

For your convenience, each unit is stocked with dish soap, hand soap, and a starter supply of paper products. Guests staying longer may wish to bring or purchase additional items during their stay.

We provide all bedding and bath towels, so you can pack light—but don't forget your beach chairs and umbrellas for a day in the sand!

Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the unit and a TV in every bedroom and living area, perfect for streaming your favorite shows after a fun-filled day at the beach. Comcast cable is provided in living room and primary bedroom.

Please Note: Seaport was built in the 1970s, and while we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, sound can carry between units due to the original building design. Guests should be aware that some noise from neighboring units may be heard.

We're a family-owned and operated rental business, not a large company or management firm. We live locally and take great pride in personally maintaining and managing each space. Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with keyless entry. A pin will be sent before your stay. This allows you to go straight to your rental without having to stop at another location to pick up keys.

The Neighborhood:
Seaport is located on the most narrow point of the barrier island. This location provides views of both the bay and ocean!

Getting Around:
Ocean City is easily drivable. Depending on your destination it is also easy to get around on foot. There is also a beach bus that stops approximately every 15 minutes at designated stops.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must be 25+ to rent

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated

Early check-ins are not available June-August. Off season months depend upon availability and cannot be determined until the day of check in. We can not determine days prior to check in if housekeeping will have the unit ready earlier than 3pm.

LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. We provide enough TP (1 roll per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll) and trash bags (1 bag in bin and 1 back up bag) to get you started. Please bring your own supply to last your stay. BEACH TOWELS NOT PROVIDED.

Convenient location

We loved the location of this condo it is excellent. Beach is a an easy walk right out the door. This second floor condo itself does need some work, older and in need of some more conveniences inside and repairs. Master bathroom is VERY tight, no storage for anything and the shower barely has room to move in. Forget shaving your legs in it ladies, very difficult task. There is plenty of wall space for some shelving in master bath, which I suggested to host. The master television is not as nice as the other bedrooms and living room, couldn’t use Netflix etc. We don’t watch tv much at the beach, just to relax before we sleep, so not a huge deal. The kitchen has an extremely old refrigerator. The freezer does not freeze, ruined our food in there, and does not make ice either, so we bought ice daily. This was very inconvenient, as we wasted quite a bit of money on the food that was ruined and if you want a cold drink, you must buy ice daily, because the refrigerator itself does not get items very cold either. Linens are provided, but that is 1 towel for each person, a washcloth each and 1 floor towel each bathroom and a few hand towels. So if you like clean towels daily like I do, be prepared to wash daily. These issues could be addressed easily and that would make the stay much better. Other than the issues I listed, this place is convenient and we enjoyed the location more than anything.

Great place for mid-town OC

Brooke is awesome to deal with regarding this property. It’s centrally located in OC and easy to get to via major routes. The building is upgraded- air conditioning works great, water/hot water is great. Appliances are small but work, meaning, small microwave and stove. I cooked many meals for the family, so pots, pans, utensils are adequate. Beach access is very close. Overall, a good family place that also allows dogs.

Perfect condo off the beach

The location of the condo is perfect for being close to the beach yet at a reduced cost for not being beachfront. We had our 2 small dogs and they did very well at this condo. There is a huge grass back yard area for dog walking and “business”. There are nice restaurants within walking distance. I reached out to Brooke due to a clogged drain and she visited and took care of the issue quickly. She is very responsive. Kitchen was adequate for our 95% cooking in we did. Beds were comfortable. Internet connectivity was awesome, which allowed this stay to be a working vacation on computer most days. We’re staying for a week in July and looking forward to it since our first stay was so successful.
