Inside, kick back on sofas in the open-concept living area and watch TV. The well-equipped kitchen offers all you need to cook delectable dishes, including a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-person table.

Easily walk to both the beach and the fishing pier from this conveniently located condo. The Ocean City Boardwalk is only four blocks from home. Rent bikes to explore the area on two wheels. The skatepark, playground, and park are all only one block away. Additional nearby entertainment includes dining establishments, as well as tennis and basketball courts.

THINGS TO KNOW
The swimming pool is operated by the complex and we have no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.
The pool is unheated and 5-feet deep.
A double sofa bed offers extra sleeping space.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
