After a fun-filled day on the Beach, you’ll love taking a dip in the Indoor Pool, or lounging on The Capri’s huge Oceanfront Sun Deck.

The Chef in your family will love the recent updates to the Kitchen including updated Appliances and a Double Oven. Well-stocked with all you need to make mealtime an absolute breeze, this Kitchen features a Breakfast Bar perfect for grabbing a quick bite before hitting the Beach. Feel like dining in? Prepare a lovely dinner with jaw-dropping views of the Ocean and Bay. Huge glass windows framing water and city Views surround the spacious and tastefully decorated Living and Dining Areas. Capri 706 comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable Queen bed. Across the hall is a convenient Full Bath with a walk-in shower. The Primary Bedroom located at the end of the hall has a King Bed, stunning views, its own Flat Screen TV, and an attached Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo .

Enjoy a gorgeous day on the Beach with a book from the Capri’s library, or dig into some of the amenities that are offered. This building features a beautiful indoor solarium pool filled with lush tropical plants - and the pool is open all year! Other exciting amenities include Tennis courts, an indoor Basketball Court, Game Room, Exercise Room and Sauna, and a huge Oceanfront Sun Deck. You are only a short walk from many OC attractions, and some of the best dining available. There is something for every member of the family at the Capri!

Building Registration Fee: There is a $75 non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival at The Capri and includes 1 assigned parking space. This is NOT included in the rental rate. Additional parking passes may be available, mostly in off season, at Security for an additional charge.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
