****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit shows pride in ownership and has had numerous updates to it. As soon as you walk in you will notice the vinyl flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is ready to make those cost savings meals at home. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, and the master bathroom has a large stand-up shower and marble. The second bedroom is perfect for adults or kids as it has a pyramid bed with a queen on the bottom and twin-size bed on the top. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. The second bathroom has beautiful subway style styling. The best part of this unit is the view! You will enjoy amazing views of the ocean and the bay. In the evening, the view of the lights is amazing from this 19th floor location! The unit also has wi-fi for those who must stay connected along with a washer and dryer.

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, grocery store, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 19th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
