The Living Area is a great place to kick back after a day of sun and fun with plush Furnishings, Flat Screen Cable TV, Free WiFi, and a wall of windows facing the Ocean and the Bay. Just outside the Living Area is the Balcony with Sitting Area and stunning Views in every direction. Watch the Sunrise with your morning coffee, and the Sunset over the Bay with a glass of Pinot....it doesn’t get much better than this!

The Chef in your family will delight in the Gourmet Kitchen with updated Appliances, Granite Countertops, and every gadget you could possibly need. You'll love preparing meals while listening to Mother Ocean and smelling that salty, sweet air. The wrap-around Breakfast Bar is the perfect place to grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach, which is only steps away. There is also seating for 6 at the large Dining Table. If you prefer to dine out while on vacation, check out one of many fine OC Restaurants within walking distance, including The Greene Turtle, Sophias, Liquid Assets, and many more.

The Capri 1805 comfortably sleeps a family of 6 with 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa. The Primary Bedroom has a cozy Queen Bed and En-Suite Full Bath. The tropical colors and decor are truly fabulous, and there’s also a Flat Screen TV. The Attached Bath has a beautiful blue Custom Tile Shower/Tub Combo. Making your way down the Hall, you’ll find a Stacked Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Closet, along with extra storage. Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds, and a beautiful blue and green backdrop. There’s a Full Bath convenient to both Bedrooms and the Living Area just across the Hall with a Custom tile Walk-in Shower.

The Capri requires a $75 Amenity Fee payable upon registration. Each condo comes with 1 Parking Spot unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Only 1 Parking Spot is guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
