    The Space:

    Experience a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in this lower-level beach condo. The beautiful knotty pine walls create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the space.



    Living Area: Relax on the large, light-colored sectional sofa after a day at the beach. It's the perfect gathering spot for your entire group.

    Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped galley kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a clean white subway tile backsplash, and a standard coffee maker.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The unit includes three comfortable bedrooms and two fully renovated bathrooms with contemporary tile and modern vanities, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have private access to the entire lower-level unit (Unit A). In addition to the interior space, your stay includes access to several fantastic outdoor amenities:



    Private front porch with ocean views.

    Convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

    Backyard area with a grill and grilling accessories for cookouts.

    Direct and easy access path to the beach.

Our family loved our stay and enjoyed the relaxed, rustic vibes. The location is great - super close to the boardwalk - however the street noise is significant with people partying late so something to consider. You can obviously hear the people staying above you also. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the living room area (couch and chairs very cozy). The only negative was one of the beds is VERY loud with its creaking (we had our infant with us so trying to be quiet going to bed was near impossible). But other than that, everything was great and we would stay here again (maybe when the baby is a bit older).

I feel badly that evaluations of properties revolve around how quickly owners respond to texts. We arrived late, but I happen to be a morning person and responded to our welcome text when I was up on a walk. I quickly got another personal text from the owner immediately that was very kind and appropriate. I felt badly about texting so early to their welcome. Bottom line, this place is exactly where it says it is, the pictures are an accurate depiction of the property (which we like, it is woody, not sheetrock), and the owners are on the ball. Rent from them with confidence-
