Not what we expected

The condo was not at all what we expected. The pictures are pretty misleading. The couch is basically child sized and there’s no where to really sit and hang. The chairs around the table were mostly all damaged. The bedroom tv has no way to watch anything, which sucks since there’s no where to sit in the living room. I’m grateful we had to bring our own linens because the pillows had blood stains and the blankets were dirty. The host was also not so great at communicating

We had a disappointing stay due to several issues. Upon arrival, we found that there were no linens, sheets, pillowcases, blankets which was not clearly communicated in the listing. The pillows and bedcovers were dirty. There was construction happening upstairs, causing loud noises and making the room shake. I understand that was out of everyone's control but it sure made it impossible to relax. Most importantly, the toilet was clogged when we arrived, making the bathroom unusable. When I informed the host, she was apologetic and offered a refund if we checked out within the hour. However, she later blamed us for the clogged toilet, which was already an issue when we arrived. We were left desperately searching for another place to stay on a fully booked Labor Day weekend—an absolute nightmare.

Bayside condo

Building was a little dated on the outside. Room was okay the air conditioning not working properly. Washer and dryer very small. And the pool is not great but it was perfect size for the kids. Overall it was a good vacation.

Super Cute

The place was recently refreshed and is in good shape. The description was accurate. I think sleeping six is a stretch. We had 6 and it was tight. The host was responsive, we were able to get in early and had linens and groceries delivered. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. There were many items already available for use TP, paper towels, detergent which was nice. Rando suggestions-get a curved shower rod. Its a small bathroom and the curtain felt like it was attacking me while I showered. Put a better broom and dust pan in the cleaning closet for use.

.Not happy for One Thousand ∋ne Hundred. I

I request a first floor because i had a special needs Daughter to many stairs. Hallway dirty, TV not working in the bed room, blinds un able to close all the way. Living room rug not lije in picture dirty, no lock on sliding door close to the rail very loose. I shouldn't have to complain about all of these PROBLEMS For the money that i paid for this Vacation for my special needs Daughter. Also old dirty oil left in the flying pan in the oven. Once again I have requested a first floor. SO I WILL NOT BE VACATIONING THERE ANYMORE. AND NOR WILL I TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THIS PLACE

Beach stay

The overall cleanliness of the place wasn’t too bad the quilts that laid on the bed along with the mattress covers were very dirty. The shade on the one lamp was held on by velcro and ended up falling while we were there and we were unable to get it back together. The location was great and a lot to do around the place we stayed.

Clean and perfect location!

Highly recommend this condo! Very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. Plenty of parking and the best shops and restaurants were within short walking distance. I’m a clean freak and was pleasantly surprised to see the entire condo was pristine! The bathroom and kitchen appear to be recently updated and that was also appreciated. The building itself is not much to look from the outside, but don’t judge a book by it’s cover! Will definitely book here again!

We didn’t sleep in the bedroom since the vertical blinds didn’t appropriately cover the window. One bed was close to this not so private window which faced the covered walk way for all folks staying on the 3rd floor. Also, strange mirror bedside that bed. Would have been unsettling to sleep with window not completely covered and wake up alarmed by the reflection of my face in the bed side mirror.

Weekend Getaway

Overall experience was satisfactory. The condo was a great location. The stairs are a bit tiring being on the third floor with elevator can be a chore when loading unloading luggage. Kitchen amenities need to be updated especially the coffee maker. We had an issue with the patio door and contacted the manager but did not receive a response which was a bit disappointing since she had been very responsive up until the date of the stay. Also, the bedroom television did not have cable only a DVD player which was very unsatisfactory.

Quick walk to the Beach - Good location

Dont let the outside pursuade you...the decor of the 1-bedroom condo is great. Very clean with a view of the bay through the neighbors. Very convenient - make sure you can do stairs to get there and back to your car. Safe neighborhood.

Nice condo!

Stayed 3 nights in this condo over the 4th of July weekend. Pros: - Upgraded unit; nice living room, kitchen area, and bathroom. - Excellent outdoor pool with tables and chairs - Good location in Midtown - easy to walk to beach (5 minutes) and close to tons of places with your car - More affordable option than others in the area - Great communication and response time from host Cons: - Old condo building - if a family is above you, you will likely hear most footsteps and kids running around. We did have to run upstairs soon after our arrival just to let the renters above that it sounded like a bowling alley above us! Fortunately, they were really cool about it and noise was not an issue after that. - No elevator - just be prepared to get in your steps while unpacking/packing your vehicle. May not be the best place to stay if you or a guest have mobility issues.

Perfect location!

The condo is perfect for 4 people. Can’t beat the location; midtown and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Rosemary was very responsive and helpful. Huge balcony that overlooks the pool and the bay.
