Conveniently located in midtown within walking distance of great restaurants, including The Hobbit, Hooked Up, and Rope Walk. In addition, there are plenty of shopping and grocery stores, and the beach is a short walk just two blocks away! On-site amenities include a heated outdoor pool (open seasonally) and easy beach access.

Inside, you’ll find a completely renovated space with an open floor plan overlooking the bay. This space is great for entertainment and includes a wet bar with a wine chiller. Step outside from one of two large sliding doors to the oversized balcony, which has beautiful sunsets on the bay. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances will keep the group’s chef happy, and everyone can dine together at the window-front table for six or enjoy a snack at the breakfast bar. Entertainment options include streaming-capable TVs (using your own accounts) and complimentary internet access. Leave your chairs and beach buggy at home, for your convenience you have access to a storage unit with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach cart. Unit includes an in-unit washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and is accessible by elevator.

Things to Know

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
