Bright and beautiful, this spacious bayfront condo offers all the comforts of home — plus a huge private balcony overlooking the water. Relax in the open living area or step outside with a refreshing beverage to enjoy sweeping bay views and peaceful coastal breezes. The well-equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, with seating for four at the table and two additional counter seats for casual gatherings. The primary suite features a lovely full bathroom with a walk-in shower and built-in bench seat for added comfort. A second large bedroom and a full tub/shower bathroom located across the hall provide plenty of space for family or friends. Bay Princess is located just two short blocks from the beach with easy access at the cross-street intersection — giving you the best of both bayfront serenity and oceanfront fun. Guests also enjoy access to a heated saltwater pool, making this Ocean City gem the perfect place to unwind.

Great place to stay away from downtown

The property itself had updated flooring in common areas but old rug in the bedrooms (made our socks turn color). Surprisedly no TV in the master bedroom. Was very pleased with all the accommodations (pots, pans, and anything you would need). The elevator had some trouble during our stay. We were given the wrong pool code but were able to resolve as proper code was on the fridge of the property. Speaking of the fridge, there was old takeout in it when we arrived. Yuck. The pool was very nice. The pool attendant was quite a stickler. I would definitely stay here again, but would hope for a better cleaning job before we arrive (maybe time to shampoo those rugs). Overall our experience was great, and the above I only mention as small details to help others.

Carpets are dirty and stained. It would be better to put down non-carpet flooring. . No tv in Master bedroom...big let down for the parents. The cable would not work. Husband had to rewire (thank God he is experienced in this area). Pool pass issue. We had 6 people in our party. Were only given 5 passes. Pool Attendant would not let all 6 of us in. Called twice during our stay for help with this issue. Finally received 6th pool pass next to last day of our trip. Found plunger in living room closet when it was needed in bathroom. Toilet seat in hall bathroom was broken.

Quick trip

Nice layout! Only negatives, hall toilet seat was broken upon check in, kept running out of hot water. It came back after about 30 min which tells me one of heating elements is bad. Other than those things enjoyable short stay! Would definitely consider this unit on next trip!

WATCH OUT IF YOU ARE UNDER 65 WITH ANY PEOPLE OF COLOR!!!

So I will sum up our experience with this property. 3 friends and I came for my friend's 50th birthday. On the 2nd day, we got evicted with the cops called on us. Why may you ask? "because of noise and profanity" This was all before 10 pm. We were at the pool around 6 pm with a Bluetooth speaker when the vice president of the condo association came out saying we were too loud and said something about my friends smoking a cigarette by the pool. Which they immediately put out and we turned down the music (which can only get so loud considering it is a JBL Bluetooth speaker and we were outdoors). Fast forward to dinnertime. We were outside enjoying crabs and listening to music on the balcony around 730pm. The security guard yells up that our music is too loud and we kindly oblige and turn it down and even ask if that is ok, he says yes. The same security guard came up and chatted with us and said these exact words " they are looking for any reason to put you out". So we take the speaker inside....about 30 mins later while we are getting ready to leave 3 security guards show up and tell us we are still being loud. At this point, we are all confused and I asked the other security guards, are we honestly being that loud? The one man said I honestly couldn't hear you over the other group of people. about 15 minutes later the three security guards and 4 police show up at our door and tell us the property manager is evicting us. The police showed up at 1005 pm. We were not being loud we had one Bluetooth speaker that was maybe a half volume. We did not destroy anything we left the place clean even though we were being forced out very unexpecanly. I went and talked to the property management company the next day and they tried to come up with more bogus excuses to not give me a refund. so basically they can kick you out whenever they want and keep your money with never stay with that company or property again

Nice Accommodations

Was pleasantly surprised the property was as described. Place was clean and kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Only complaint is that the carpets were very dirty. Very evident when white socks were not so white after walking around inside the condo. With the exception of the dirty carpet, everything else was great. Location to the beach was good.
