One of the best views in Ocean City! Ocean front Unit 2105 sits high above the hustle and bustle with mind-blowing ocean and bay views! Relax to the sound of the waves on the covered beach front balcony or grab your favorite beverage and soak up the sun on the south facing balcony. The bright spacious living area offers plenty of comfortable seating to kick back in front of the TV or gather for meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom offers a walk-in shower bathroom. Another full walk-in shower bathroom is located directly across the hall from the second bedroom. The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $65.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

42nd Birthday / vacation

We had a late check-in so we had a hard time getting into the building. Something was wrong with the lock box, but the property manager came super quick to come let us in there security guard ( Sergeant slaughter) was a little rude blamed it on us that we put the digit in wrong, meanwhile it was the battery that was dead. but Tracy came. And took care of it all. Now the pictures don’t do it any justice would honestly say it had to be the best view in all of Ocean City. The area was nice. Felt very safe and people just were so nice. Definitely a big difference from the boardwalk and Santa Monica. The View from the balconies Are breathtaking. I woke up every morning to the most prettiest sunset with dolphins right at your balcony I Would recommend bringing some binoculars cause you could see everything in Ocean City from this view honestly, didn’t wanna leave we will be purchasing one if possible Thanks Tracey for making us out of towners feel so welcome definitely would like to return enjoyed my 42nd birthday and the best place in Ocean City

What a View

The unit was just as described with two beautiful ocean view balconies. We brought our own linen, but the provided mattress covers, blankets and pillows were clean and plentiful. The kitchen was well appointed but the glasses could use an upgrade. Unfortunately, I got sick and had to spend more time in the unit than anticipated. It was helpful that the unit was so spacious and the view of the ocean and beach were very soothing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time

The view was magnificent! The place was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and modern. The only reason this didn’t get all 5 stars is because the beds were uncomfortable. If these were replaced then this place would be perfect! Our family enjoyed our time here and would most definitely come back again! Thanks for the happy memories!!

Amazing unit!!

I hope to rent this unit every year! I'm so grateful to the hosts for providing such a wonderful home for the week, they really did such a beautiful job. It was our 4th time to OCMD but our first time staying in this building. It was also my cousins first time there, after we've spoken about getting a trip to OCMD together for years. This place made their first experience & our overall experience something to remember. I really do hope to book this specific unit every year! Picturesque views from 2 balconies, a big TV that turns from the living room to the dining area, easy access to the beach, clean and fun pool that's open late, great neighborhood with plenty to eat around and sunsations across the street, and excellent rooms/ bathrooms/ kitchen. I Can't say enough positive things about this unit and the building, thank you to the hosts!! =)... only downside is I couldn't bring my 2 little pups along for the trip this time =( only negative is that pets are not accepted. It's a shame because it seems as though the unit is pet safe.

Perfect location

This corner unit on the 21st floor was everything we expected and more! The view of both the ocean and bay was just amazing. Very clean. The only pain is having to bring your own linens. Hope this changes soon.

Amazing views

We stayed at this property for a little getaway with our family, including our 1 year old grandson. The condo was perfect for us. The beach, which is not too crowded, is right there. If you want to visit the Boardwalk it’s a short drive down the road. Great little coffee shop across the road as well as a grocery store to pick up a few things. Would definitely go back.
