Enjoy a premium escapade to Ocean City at this first-floor end condo just a short walk away from the beach! This condo is the closest to the parking entrance and offers a convenient wooded rear lot behind a screened-in porch with front and rear access–it's ideal for easy access after a day at the beach without dragging beach gear through the condo. Inside, you'll be surrounded by pristine white walls and an open layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen boasts all the cookware and appliances the chef of the group could need to surprise everyone with mouth-watering and cost-saving meals, finger foods, snacks, and so much more! There is even a dishwasher to help you do the dishes once mealtime is over. The breakfast table seats three and is a great addition to the dining table, which offers space for up to four more people.

Adjoining both areas is the living room, a great place to unwind where comfort knows no limits. It features a sofa, an armchair, and a comfortable recliner right in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV. In the hallway, you'll have a stackable washer/dryer combo, so you can pack as light as you'd like! Both bedrooms are comfortable and offer plenty of closet space. However, only the main bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition to all the aforementioned conveniences, guests will be granted access to a sparkling shared outdoor pool.

What's nearby:
You'll be sitting just a short walk to the beach and from the large community pool. There is a pedestrian-controlled light on the highway for safe crossing to the beach. You'll also be within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and beverage stops. Short distance to bus stops for quick inexpensive transportation to boards, parks, and all desirable OC attractions.

Grilling and bringing grills is not allowed per HOA.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
