Step into this two-story condo and find a well-equipped, galley kitchen with all the appliances and accessories you need to prepare everyone's favorite recipes. Dine together inside at the nearby table, or head out to your furnished balcony for the ultimate alfresco experience. This condo also features a sunlit living area with two sofas and a cable-equipped TV plus a second balcony off the main bedroom.
On-site take advantage of the many resort-style amenities at your fingertips including a shared, indoor pool, fitness room, and easy beach access.

Things to Know
Please note: During the off-season, After Labor Day and before Memorial Day the building will be doing balcony reconstruction work. Construction will take place on weekdays, and guests may experience some intermittent noise during this time.
A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out.
The Century 1 building includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental.
Please be advised the Century Building is currently undergoing a restoration project. This unit is not currently scheduled for construction, but we wanted to make all potential guests aware that other areas of the building may be experiencing construction during your stay. Per the building's management team UNITS FROM THE 25th FLOOR DOWN TO THE FIRST FLOOR, ENDING in 01, 02, 03, or 04 ARE THE ONLY AREAS AFFECTED AT THIS TIME. Per Ocean City requirements, construction is not permitted between the hours of midnight and 7am. Furthermore, there are restrictions on the noise levels as during the day construction noise cannot exceed 90 decibels. We appreciate your understanding that this project is outside of our domain.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 14.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
