« This was the 3rd time staying at Jerry’s Dillon Beach house. It never disappoints! The view is amazing. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean waves, especially at sunset. It’s just steps to the trail to beach. We enjoyed walking on the beach and throughout the neighborhood and stopped in the Dillon beach market where we always find something interesting to buy. We plan on returning next year! »

« Stayed for a Mother’s Day weekend and we had a great time. The house is so cozy yet roomy enough for 4 adults. The weekend ended up being mostly overcast and chilly so coming back after tide pooling to a cozy warm fireplace was so gratifying and it created such a feeling of ambiance. The backyard was enclosed and totally safe for our furry family member. Which was absolutely important for us to bring our elderly fur baby on our short family vacation. We will visit again. »

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots n pans etc. Perfect for my 55yr young and over cousins and our only living 84yr young Auntie. The “Woman Cave” was a bit of a stretch in the description listing. The futon in there is really only good for a child or teenager. It’s too small for most adults.
