Indoor living
Inside, the open-concept layout feels immediately at home. High beamed ceilings stretch above a generous sectional and recliner, all arranged around a 65-inch HDTV that handles movie nights and lazy Florida evenings with equal ease. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep every room comfortable whatever the weather brings. An indoor fireplace adds a warm focal point on cooler nights, and a fully dedicated workspace - complete with ergonomic chair, laptop stand, and surge protector - means remote workers can stay productive without giving up the holiday feel. Board games, outlet covers, and a baby safety gate make the space just as practical for families as it is for everyone else.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and five beds sleep up to nine guests. Two king beds and three twin beds keep the group well-rested, with room-darkening blinds, extra pillows and blankets, and cotton bed linens throughout. A queen pull-out sofa in the detached game room adds useful flexibility for larger groups.


Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is set up for anything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. Your dogs are more than welcome - pet fees are $99 per pet. The fully fenced 1.5-acre backyard gives them room to roam, and the washer and dryer keep longer stays practical. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and exterior Ring security cameras at the front door and driveway provide peace of mind from the moment you arrive.
