Beautiful tiled bathroom with Blue tooth surround sound. This would make a great temporary home if you are in between houses, or searching for your next home to purchase or build. Our next-door neighbors have a lovely dog named Seger who may occasionally bark, but he will be kept inside or on a lead in the backyard.

Safety: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 3 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and they are fully responsible for their children’s safety at all times.

PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.) you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them.

PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purpose. We provide black makeup towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Money Tree LLC, will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Money Tree LLC, are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at-fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.
