« The place is nice, the facilities are clean, and communication is good. The only issue is that I rented a car, and they don't allow access to the parking lot; you have to leave it outside. They have an internal shuttle service in golf carts or UTVs, but it's not always available, or you have to wait (something that could be avoided if they let you drive your own car up). And although they say it's 24-hour service, they don't answer at night. It's really annoying, and it's very tiring to walk up...

« Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted. »

The staff at the accommodation complex were welcoming and attentive to any issues and the representative from My Huatulco Vacations, Soloman, was exceptional and very responsive to all questions and receptive to all input. As first guests in this brand new accommodation there were some things that could be tweaked for future guests and he made note of any ideas provided. »

"A wonderful hotel with a great historical past. The gardens are very beautiful with colourful Bugambilia and flamboyant trees. The rooms haven’t been renovated in a very long time and the bathrooms are basic, but the pool is certainly the best in the historical center. The service is exceptional. It also feels very safe with guards posted at every entrance."
