« The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process go smoothly. The only problem we had was the temperature of the water in the shower. One moment it would be very hot and within seconds it would go tepid to ice cold without touching the nozzle. The first day I thought it was potentially because of the time of morning I took a shower (busier time due to check-out) but the second morning I took a shower a couple of hours earlier than the previous morning and it was the same thing. « Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

« Un arrêt de 3 jours pour jouer un tournoi de bridge. Hotel confortable et accueil sympathique. Situé tout près du site du tournoi, c’était idéal pour nous. Nous avons une remorque et le stationnement est grand et facile d’accès. Un seul point faible le WiFi est très mauvais. »

« The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards. »
