This cozy studio is ideal for rest and relaxation, only a short stroll from the popular swimming beach and river. Nestled in a quiet area near the Oakura 4 Square, restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops, it provides a convenient base for exploring the local attractions.



Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the owner's friendly little dog, always eager for a pat. The studio, located at the bottom of the owner's home, features a separate entrance for privacy. This cost-effective accommodation is well-equipped for your holiday needs, allowing you to enjoy the abundance of bird life right outside your window.
