« Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Upon arrival, the bed sheets and towels were unwashed/dirty, the floors were not clean, and several kitchen utensils were dirty. There was also a noticeable smell of smoke when we entered the home. « House is very clean & modern , everything you need is in the kitchen, lot's of towels, plenty of dishes . Ed was very helpful each time we have a question. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood , close to grocery store, 5 min by car (Publix) , 8 min to the beach . Fort Lauderdale & Miami Airport less than 1 hour . « This lusting was fake! I fly in and went to address! No host answer my emails or calls! Property looked nothing like photos and the area of Oakland Park was a bad area in Ft. Lauderdale! Took three hours to get Vurbo to process refund and extra expenses accrued as I had to pay more for my stay and no kitchen to cook and that made added cost to me! Please take this listing down and never let this host do business for fake listing! »

« Host was great, very accommodating to our needs. The place had everything we needed. The place has a little bit of everything, canal in the back for fishing or canoes, pool and hot tub, grill, privacy, well taken care of, a perfect little set up. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great to take a walk. enjoyed sitting on the front patio too. A quick drive down to the beach, shops and places to eat. Great spot!!! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The location is perfect, very close to the beach, with a nice pool and a gorgeous backyard that made it so relaxing and enjoyable. The home is dog friendly and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire house felt cozy and welcoming.
