A full kitchen, two twin beds that can be joined to form a king bed, and comfortable beds are all included in our area, which also has everything you need to create meals at home. We take pride in giving our visitors a convenient and comfortable "home away from home." We're sure you'll enjoy your stay, whether you're here on business or for fun.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table is also available, making it easy to enjoy meals in the comfort of your own space. The sleeping area features two twin beds butted together to make a comfortable king bed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A smart TV is also available for your entertainment needs. The bathroom is fully equipped with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is good for 7 days of your stay (guests will provide on their own for the remainder of their stay).

Please take a moment to review the following house manual, which includes important information about our property and guidelines for your stay.
Check-in and check-out: • Check-in time is after 3:00PM and check-out time is by 11:00AM. • If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability and additional price. • Early check-in: $25 • Late check-out: $25/hour
House Rules: • No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including on balconies or patios. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee of $500. • No parties/events: We have a strict no-party and no-event policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Failure to follow the rules will result to a penalty fee of $500. • No pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Failure to follow the rules will result to a penalty fee of $500 • Quiet hours: From 10:00PM to 8:00AM. We want to ensure that all of our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay, which is why we enforce quiet hours. We kindly ask that during this time, you keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and our neighbors. These homes are built with walls and doors for the purpose to separate space and provide privacy and they are not sound proof. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making everyone's stay enjoyable.. • Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the property is two. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval. • This unit has hard-surface floor and is attached to another guest unit. Please be considerate of noise level leave your shoes at the door or wear soft sole shoes or slippers. • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay, and may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.
Amenities and Facilities: • Please treat our home with care and respect, and report any damages or issues immediately. • Please conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property. • Shared facilities, e.g., laundry room - do not to leave your load idle in the machine so that others can use. • The following additional items are provided by the host for a 7-day supply: The guest needs to replenish on their own for the remainder of their stay. • Toilet Paper • Paper Towel • Dish Soap • Hand Soap • Hair shampoo and conditioner • Body Soap
Safety and Security: • Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure that the main entrance is securely closed at all times. • For your safety, do not tamper with any security features or emergency equipment in the property. • In case of emergency dial emergency services (e.g. 911) for immediate assistance.
Cleaning and Maintenance: • The property will be cleaned before your arrival. • Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay, and report any spills or damages to avoid permanent stains or further damages. • Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in designated areas and following any recycling or waste disposal guidelines. All trash must be disposed of properly. Blue/Gray Bin = recycle, Brown=garbage, Green=compost. Trash bins need to be on curbside by Thursdays' night for Fridays' service. Electricity Usage: • Please avoid using multiple high-energy appliances simultaneously, such as heaters, microwaves, electric stoves and other high voltage appliances. This can help prevent overloading the electrical system and ensure stable power supply. • Please remember to turn off lights, fans, and other electronics when not in use to conserve energy. Additionally, please refrain from leaving appliances on standby mode or charging devices overnight to avoid unnecessary electricity consumption. • If you notice any electrical issues or disruptions, such as tripped circuit breakers or power outages, please inform us immediately so that we can address them promptly. • Do not tamper with electrical outlets, switches, or circuit breakers. Avoid using damaged or frayed cords or plugs. If you have any questions or concerns about electrical safety, please reach out to us for assistance.
Housekeeping: • We do not provide daily housekeeping service, but fresh linens and towels will be provided upon arrival. • We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per guest, and each guest is responsible for their own makeup towel. Guests may request an additional towel for an additional charge. • $2 per bath towel • $1 per hand towel • A guest will be charged if a stain cannot be washed out. • $10 per bath towel • $5 per hand towel
Toilet Usage: • Please do not throw tissues, wipes, sanitary products, or any other objects into the toilet. This can cause clogs and damage to the plumbing system. • If you experience any toilet-related issues, such as a clog or malfunction, please inform us immediately so that we can address it promptly. • In case of toilet clogs caused by improper usage, a penalty of $150 will be charged to cover plumber call service.
Check-out Procedures: • Before checking out, please ensure that all lights, appliances, and air conditioning are turned off, and all windows and doors are securely closed. • Please wash, dry, and put away your dishes before checking out. • Please return all keys, access cards, or other property items to the designated location where you have taken them. • Check-out inspection will be conducted to assess the condition of the property and any damages or losses. Any charges for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
