The smaller unit Quail's Nest is equally beautiful if not more. It features a Living Room Balcony to die for - with a view of Shuteye Peaks and Goat Mountains and all the Flora and Fauna in the estate.

There are 9' ceilings throughout, as well as ceiling fans in every room. Welcome to Meadowwood Estates, pomp and luxurious vacation home close to Yosemite. In order to keep the estate nice and guest-friendly, we have the following rules set by the owner

--- All guests need to be named and approved for all reservations. Only guests on reservation are allowed to stay in the property.
--- Quiet Hours start early at 10 PM here, penalty for misuse is $300, and will be withheld from security deposit.
--- All Outdoor fire use will need to be permitted explicitly by Primary Host. Firewood can be used in permitted firepits only, but guests would need to obtain a fire permit from San Joaquin Air Valley District website. All firewood use needs to be as per the rules and regulation for that day on the website "Check before you Burn"
