An elevator is available for those with mobility concerns, and you can even add on the optional golf cart rental to truly explore the island in style.

The open concept living area is inviting and homey, with a roomy sectional, wall-mounted Smart TV and even a fireplace to enjoy during the chillier months. The large kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals during your stay, from stainless steel appliances to more specialized equipment including a griddle, Dutch oven and stand mixer. There is seating for six at the kitchen island for casual dining or to keep your family chef company while they work, and the adjacent dining table seats up to eight people. A half bathroom is available off the living room for convenience, and a laundry closet down the hall is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your use.

The primary suite is decorated in pale neutrals and features a recessed ceiling that creates a bright and airy feel along with a king bed. There is a Smart TV for evening entertainment, as well as direct access to the rear screened porch. The en suite bathroom offers double sinks, a roll-in glass and tile shower with built-in bench and a separate water closet. Across the hall, the bunk room is furnished with a double-over-double bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed and provides direct access to a split bathroom with a standard tub/shower combo. This bathroom also offers access to the hallway and to the final bedroom on the main floor, which contains a queen bed. Downstairs, the mother-in-law suite provides extra privacy from the bustle of the main house. Retire to stream your favorite programs in the evenings on the Smart TV before you settle into the queen bed to rest up for the next day’s adventures. Start your morning with in-room coffee prepared at the wet bar, complete with a wine fridge, before getting ready in the attached full bathroom with a standard tub/shower combo.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the covered front porch, where a pair of chairs and a cocktail table offer a comfy spot to wave at neighbors walking by or simply watch the ocean breeze rustle the leaves of the surrounding trees. Or settle on the back screened porch instead, where a larger table and pair of chairs await along with an outdoor sectional and even another Smart TV. Curtains and a ceiling fan allow you to keep this space comfortable at any time of day. Stairs provide access to the grassy backyard below.

Take an afternoon nap in the backyard hammock or push the kids on the fun web swing hanging from the tree in the front. A gas grill is provided for cooking out, along with a dining table under the home that seats at least six.

Beach chairs, toys and an umbrella are also provided for your use, so you can save room in the car when packing. After returning from the beach, wash off the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water before heading into the house.

Speaking of the beach, you are less than a mile away from the closest public beach access and only a five-minute drive away from the island’s grocery stores, dining, beach shops, ice cream and more! Adventuring on the island is especially easy when you rent the optional six-seater golf cart for an additional cost of $90 per night.
