### A Home Designed for Comfort & Accessibility

One of Southern Seaclusion's standout features is the private in-home elevator, providing convenient floor-to-floor access without having to navigate the stairs. It's especially helpful for guests with mobility limitations, grandparents, or simply getting luggage, groceries, and beach gear into the house.

Both bathrooms feature grab handles for additional support, and one bathroom includes a roll-in shower with a built-in seat, providing greater accessibility and comfort for guests who may have difficulty using a traditional shower.

**Primary Bedroom:** King bed, ensuite bathroom & walk-in closet
**Bedroom 2:** Queen bed
**Bedroom 3:** Full & twin bunk bed — a great setup for kids

Each bedroom includes fresh linens, comfortable bedding, good lighting, and real storage space so you can unpack and settle in.

### Your Own Outdoor Space

After the beach, rinse off the sand in the **private outdoor shower** before heading inside.

The **fenced backyard** gives your family a private outdoor space to relax, and the fire pit makes a great gathering spot in the evening. Bring out the s'mores, pull up a chair, and enjoy a slower end to your day.

### Getting to the Beach

The beach is approximately **half a mile away** — an easy walk or bike ride, or about a 2-minute drive.

Oak Island is known for its beautiful shoreline and relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to spend your days swimming, walking the beach, searching for shells, or simply doing absolutely nothing.

During the seasonal paid-parking period, the Town of Oak Island charges for parking at public beach access locations. Payment information is posted at the parking areas.

Parking at Southern Seaclusion is always free, with a carport accommodating up to **3 vehicles**.
