Plenty of Comfortable Seating; large screen TV for streaming your favorite shows; Large Coffee Table for playing the Wide Variety of Games. The Large Island allows room for keeping the cook entertained, playing games & putting puzzles together or the perfect buffet for feeding your crowd. The Island also has electrical outlets & a Wireless Printer is provided if you choose to bring a little work along. Fully stocked Kitchen - lots of food storage & bonuses -Charcuterie Boards & accessories. This cottage sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. The Primary has a King-Sized Bed, Desk, a large Closet, Dressers, a Smart TV & Marsh Views. The EnSuite features a Double Sink Vanity, Large Glassed-In Shower with Rain Shower Head, Handheld Massaging Sprayer & Teak Stool. 2nd Bedroom (King) with Large Closet, Dresser, Smart TV & Marsh Views. 3rd Bedroom has a Queen, Set of Twin Bunkbeds, Desk & Smart TV. Both have Large Closets & share a Hall Bath with Tub/Shower combination.



The Large Front Porch has an Ocean View where you can watch both the sunrise & sunset. The Back Deck has Serene Marsh Views. Watch the Wildlife of the Marsh from this Back Porch View, perfect for a cup of morning Joe or glass of wine in the evening.



The back of the ground level has an In Ground heated Pool (must notify if heating is wanted for extra fee), a Outdoor Shower (hot/cold) with Bonus Dog Sprayer; Beach Cart, 4 Beach Chairs & 2 Umbrellas for fun beach days; Large Charcoal Grill, Conversation Area & Picnic Table that folds into 2 Bench Seats; & 2 Hammock Chairs. Sandy Noses, of course, has a Backyard Dog Area complete with Pooper Scooper & Poop Waste Bag Dispenser.



Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Strictly no cats allowed.



This pool has an optional heater that can be requested for use prior to arrival. Must know if heating will be needing +7 days from check-in. For use of pool heater there will be an additional $55/night charge to heat and to keep the pool heated to 85 degrees. Must heat for the entire length of the stay, can't pick and choose days. If the air temperature falls below 50 degrees, there is no option to heat the pool as this is a requirement by the heater to operate. Temperature is wirelessly controlled and the control panel is locked at the unit. Please Note the $55/night heating fee is not automatically added onto the booking. This will be paid separately from the primary booking.
