Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guest must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.

Payment Schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered / unauthorized pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
