Located on the peaceful west end, Oak Island Brightside offers a spacious living room and eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths, and laundry facilities. After a day at the beach, the gated porch keeps little ones and pets from straying too far as the grown-ups relax on the swings and deck chairs, soothed by the calming sound of the ocean while ceiling fans above provide a gentle breeze. Recent updates include a new HVAC system, washer/dryer, and kitchen appliances.

There is a king-sized bed in the main bedroom, which is equipped with its own Roku TV and full bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids and teens with a single-over-double bunk bed and a trundle bed that pulls out from underneath.

Clean bed linens are provided in all rooms and will be neatly folded and placed on the beds prior to your arrival.

The front of the house has a large gated porch with two porch swings and three patio chairs, and is cooled by two large ceiling fans. The house is pet-friendly (with a two-dog limit) and pets are given easy access to the fully-fenced backyard. The driveway offers ample parking, and doubles as a pickleball/badminton court (net, rackets etc are included). The side yard offers additional parking and a nearby hose, convenient for boaters. The backyard also has a charcoal grill available for your use, and a second hose near the side entrance, helpful for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach.

Your stay also includes free use of beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a Bluetooth-enabled portable speaker, and a beach umbrella. The living room features a Roku TV with local TV channels and sign-in access to your Netflix, Prime, Disney, and Hulu accounts. Music fans will love the Bluetooth-enabled portable speaker, with AM/FM radio and the ability to sync with both iPhone and Android. The house also offers excellent WIFI. You'll access the house by entering your unique door code into the smart lock, while a single external security camera provides additional security.
