« The surrounding area was very dirty. Cigarettes everywhere, dust. Seems that they don't really clean and they have also construction items everywhere. The pool was disgusting, water was green. My room smelled pretty bad, like humidity and dirt. I had to buy a room refresher for it. Bed was comfortable and bedding sheets was cleaned. « Not our first stay here, and won't be our last. We love the resort, it's very cozy. That said, they seem to run out of hot water at an alarming rate and with two young kids trying to get them cleaned up in an ice cold tub is kind of upsetting. They seem overall short-staffed but we still really enjoy this resort. »
